The boardwalk was clean and not a lot of people at the time we were their. All the shops was at service and ample restaurant's and ice cream parlors opened. Beach was clean and had lot of fun taking a dip. Make sure take sunscreen, beach chair and a ☔

Pretty beach and great staff. The only beach that allowed alcohol in the beach for 12 dollars per person. Not alcohol in the boardwalk. They're cops waiting for any mistake to give you a ticket. Also the bathroom close to this entrance to the beach charge you 50 cents for the entrance

Rented a cabana at Funtown Beach for the day this summer. It was amazing! Kimberle Rolle, the Beach Concierge, provided exceptional service every step of the way. The boardwalk food, bathrooms and rentals are all conveniently located close to the cabana and beach. Highly recommend it!

The BEST beach in the entire state of NJ! BYOB which is a HUGE plus! You can rent chairs which they bring down for you, and the owners are super friendly. DJ on the weekends, not too far from bathrooms, restaurants, parking. Highly recommend!!!
